چکیده

The highly enhanced electrochemiluminescence from a novel hybrid gold/silica/CdSe-CdS quantum-dot nanostructure has been reported for the first time, and successfully applied to develop an ultrasensitive ECL immunosensor for the detection of a protein tumor marker, carcinoembryonic antigen.

We report here an ultrasensitive DNA detection approach which combines Au NPs enhanced electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of the CdS nanocrystal (NC) film with isothermal circular amplification reaction of polymerase and nicking endonuclease (NEase). An immunosensor based on the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of luminol was proposed by coupling enzymatic reaction to in situ generate coreactant with Pd nanoparticles as catalyst for the ECL reaction, which was successfully applied for the ultrasensitive detection of α-1-fetoprotein with a low detection limit of 33 fg mL(-1).
